Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original clear garment bag with the SKU sticker when applicable. Please see below for non-returnable items.

If your return is accepted, a prepaid return label will be provided. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Most returns are on average $5.95.
Approved returns must be mailed back within 7 days of return approval. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued for the returned item(s) only, less the $5.95 return shipping fee and any other applicable fees or deductions.
Returns that do not meet our return requirements may be declined.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
Return Processing Time
Once your return is delivered, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to receive and inspect the item(s). During high-volume periods, including holidays, sales, and promotions, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been inspected and your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A flat $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from approved refunds for the prepaid return label.
